1) Our Commitment

None of your personally identifiable information will be provided or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
None of your personally identifiable information will be shared with other Members, without your explicit consent.
We undertake to implement reasonable security safeguards to ensure that any sensitive information is accessible only to authorized persons.

2) Registration Information

In order to become a Jobs-CV Member, you must first create an account on this web site.

To create an account you are required to:

Select your registration type among company, agency, freelance or employee.
Provide a valid email address.
Accept this privacy agreement and the terms of use.
Select your location and your sector of activity.

3) Profile Information

Once a Member, all information provided is optional, but makes you more connectable and enables you to better identify yourself and find new opportunities.

4) Confidentiality

You can attribute any information provided to the desired degree of confidentiality.

Protected data, i.e. made visible to you only.
Private data, i.e. made visible to your private contacts only.
Public data, i.e. non blacklisted Members can view it.

Supplied data are always evaluable even if not displayable. Instead of leaving a blank field for confidentiality purposes, fill in the field and set the Protected level of confidentiality on that field. Thus the field is never displayed but remains evaluable.

5) Confidence

You can attribute any Member/contact to the desired level of confidence.

Blacklisted Contact i.e. cannot view your data.
Public Contact i.e. can view public data.
Private Contact i.e. can also view private data.

6) Blacklists

Blacklists prevent access to lists of people that are not in your contacts.

Eg.1.: You may want to blacklist all Members from a company.
Eg.2.: You may want to blacklist someone who is not yet a Jobs-CV Member.
Eg.3.: You may want to blacklist all Members that are not in your contacts.

7) Business Resources and Search engines

Jobs-CV is a Business Developement Engine. It provides many search engines that allow you to find other Members(Profiles/CV) or Business Resources.
Business Resources are classifieds regarding Jobs, Freelance Jobs, Requests for Proposals/Information/Quotation, Business Events, Services, Trainings, Fundings and Business Acquisitions.
You can manage confidentiality on your Business Resources and make them accessible/searchable for the Members you want.

8) Your commitment

The quality of this site depends primarily on the quality of data provided.

None of your personally identifiable information will be shared with other Members, without your explicit consent. By becoming a Jobs-CV Member you agree to provide only true information that have real meaning in the language you write.
You agree to receive an email notifying you regularly of the status of your account and website changes.
